小學校有感覺 大學校有資源

之前在祇有四班的小學校實習，現在服務的學校有七十幾班，算是大型學校。

可以感覺小學校師生感情確實比較好。全校就那麼百來位學生，幾乎每個都認識，師生互動自然而然比較頻繁，關係較穩固。

但是小學校的缺點就是資源少。老師才那麼幾個人，每個老師的能力有限，沒辦法提供多樣化的學習機會。

反觀現在服務的大學校，一共有 150 位老師，每個老師除了教書的專長外，還有一些其他才能，150 位老師的這些才能可以提供學生多樣化的學習機會。

比方說就可以找到一組人對於影片剪輯有興趣的，沒日沒夜的剪影片……這個影片團隊的人數比一些小學校的老師總數還多啊。

所以大學校資源多，提供的是另一個面向的學習經驗。我不認為小學校會比較好。
